Children’s Hunger Relief Fund seeks to rescue as many orphaned and abandoned children as possible, providing them with new lives of safety and hope in our children’s homes. There they receive the love and nurture of dedicated caregivers. They play and explore. They sleep in clean beds knowing that they are safe. They eat a good meal knowing that there will be another to follow. They go to school and learn how to read and write -- and dream of what they might be "when they grow up."

"Better strategy to organize and facilitate growth in multiple locations. Improve overall workflow systemization and reduce tactical workload for the president."

Results:

CHRF has created a comprehensive strategic roadmap (conceptual, executional, and relational) of the entire organization and its complex dealings with corporations and government entities to identify key "intersections" where automation and systems can reduce errors and redundancy while increasing donor response and overall productivity.
